These terms and conditions apply to all purchases through gloopsskincare.com.

PRICE POLICY

All prices are in DKK and include 25% Danish VAT/VAT.
Prices do not include delivery costs.

Orders may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. All local customs fees, including handling, duties and taxes, will be passed on to you directly. We do our best to avoid information errors, but please be aware that pricing errors may occur.

PAYMENT

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Dankort® debit card, VISA-Dankort® debit card, Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron on the website. Gloopsskincare will not charge you until your order is ready to be shipped. All transactions are charged in Danish kroner (DKK).

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Gloopsskincare will send you an order confirmation via email shortly after your order. The order confirmation contains a detailed overview of your order including your name, address, delivery method, shipping costs and prices of your purchased items. In rare cases, an ordered item may be out of stock - if this happens, you will be informed via email.

DELIVERY & RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Delivery

The delivery time is between 1 and 5 business days from the date you receive your order confirmation. Please note that during busy periods, delivery times may be longer. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number by email sent directly from the courier. All shipping costs associated with your purchase are stated in your order confirmation and will be charged together with the payment for the purchased products.

For purchases over 400 DKK, delivery is free.

Prices for delivery within Denmark

• GLS/DAO: 30kr.

Prices for delivery outside Denmark

• GLS/Bring/DAO: 150kr.

Gloopsskincare offers you a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your package. However, we do not cover the costs of return shipping. The value of the returned items will be transferred back to the credit card used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days before the money is transferred to your card. Below you will find the address to which you must return your purchased items:

The item(s) you return must be packaged properly, and you are responsible for the package until we receive it. Therefore, it is a good idea to save the shipping receipt and the tracking number. The item(s) you return must be in the same condition as when they were received.
